I help women in perimenopause/menopause lose stubborn fat, reduce chronic pain, improve their energy levels, and better manage chronic health conditions, so they can live life with confidence on their own terms.

I train my clients virtually via Zoom, so your location doesn’t matter and you can workout from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

I offer Whole Health Coaching, which includes nutrition, fitness and deep health and wellness, for women in perimenopause and menopause.

I help my clients build a sustainable healthy lifestyle, that includes exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes, enabling them to not only reach their goals, but maintaining them.
